JumpCrew has a standard of delivering a strong sales team with a strong culture. I wanted to encompass the intensity in which they approach each client and determination to succeed.

They pride themselves on the culture of the sales delivery side and I wanted to ensure their formula for sales growth is highlighted visually along with the culture. I realized quickly that movement throughout the video was a necessity and needed some explosive animation.

Since they are an explosive company with strong values and depth, I decided a 3D video was the right decision. The sales teams are explosive and the culture is tight - I decided to capture that explosive culture and have it come together as one unit under one idea - JumpCrew
