This is a project built from ground up with much more to come. The approach is to send a strong message to the nurses and hospitals for a resurgence of the nursing culture in the workplace. The design needed to stand out visually and separate from the sterile design that the culture is accustomed to.

Color theory was the driving force behind the brand and we wanted to create strong emotional value to the service and give it a sense of purpose while being very personal. With so much that happened through the pandemic and the devastating results from the nursing culture we wanted to bring a sense of color and light and refresh the passion behind this amazing culture and service.

I wanted to help breathe life into the brand and showcase just how exuberant and compassionate the founder exuded through her empathy and drive to change the culture and workplace. The challenge was not to overdo the design while keeping a personal feel and corporate approach.
